Keep students progressing

Every Monday, WebRun opens Talon Systems ETA, reviews each student's stage-check progress, flags students who have not advanced in more than two weeks, drafts a check-in email for each stalled student in Gmail for instructor review, and posts a Slack summary so your team can reach out before a student disengages.

In short

How do I automatically track and flag students who are stalled between stage checks?

Every Monday, WebRun reviews student stage-check records in Talon Systems ETA, flags anyone who has not advanced in more than two weeks, posts a Slack alert to the assigned instructor, and drafts a personalized check-in email in Gmail for the instructor to review and send, so no student quietly drops out.

  • Stalled students are flagged every Monday before they disengage
  • Instructors see a ranked list in Slack without digging through ETA records
  • Check-in email drafts are ready for review so outreach takes seconds

Questions, answered

Will it email students without the instructor reviewing first?

No. WebRun only drafts the check-in email in Gmail and alerts the instructor in Slack. No email reaches a student until the assigned instructor opens the draft and chooses to send it.

How long does a student need to be inactive before they are flagged?

The default threshold is 14 days without stage-check progress in Talon Systems ETA. You can adjust this during setup to match your school's training pace and re-engagement policy.

What if a student has been on a planned break?

Instructors see the full context in the Slack alert before acting on any draft. If a student is on a known leave, the instructor simply ignores or deletes the draft. You stay in full control.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
