Will it send the review request without staff approval?
No. WebRun only drafts the email in Gmail and posts a Slack reminder. No message reaches a student until a staff member or instructor opens the draft and clicks Send. Every review request goes through a human first.
How does it know which students recently passed a checkride?
WebRun reads from your configured checkride completion list, which can be a Google Sheets tracker or another source you connect. It compares that list against existing reviews to find students who have not yet been asked.
Can the instructor personalize the message before it goes out?
Yes, and we encourage it. The Slack prompt asks the instructor to open the Gmail draft, add a personal congratulations note, and then send it. A message from the actual instructor converts far better than a generic template.
