In short

How do I keep my job alerts and profile pointed at the right roles?

WebRun signs in to FlexJobs every Monday and reviews your profile, resume, saved searches, and job alerts. It flags fields that no longer match the roles you want, searches returning nothing, and a resume gone stale, then sends the tune up checklist to Telegram, so the daily digest stays worth reading.

  • Dead saved searches are caught instead of silently returning nothing
  • Resume age is visible every week, not remembered at interview time
  • Saved jobs never quietly expire unapplied

Built for job seekers · career changers · remote workers · career coaches

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.flexjobs.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
FlexJobs - review profile, resume and searches
    • Sign in to FlexJobs and open your job seeker profile
    • Check the profile fields, job categories, and preferences against the roles you actually want
    • Read the date your resume was last updated and note if it has gone stale
    • Open each saved search and job alert and record how many listings it returned this week
    • List saved jobs you never applied to and searches that have produced nothing for weeks

Done when The profile, resume, and every saved search have a fresh or stale verdict.

  3. 2
Telegram - send the tune up checklist
    telegram.org
WebRun in Telegram: send the tune up checklist
WebRun opens Telegram to send the tune up checklist.
    • Send the tune up checklist with the shortest fix first
    • Name each saved search that returned nothing and suggest a wider or different term
    • Say how many weeks since the resume was updated
    • List saved jobs still sitting unapplied so nothing quietly expires

Done when You have this week's tune up checklist on Telegram.

  4. 3
Twilio - draft the reminder text
    twilio.com
WebRun in Twilio: draft the reminder text
WebRun opens Twilio to draft the reminder text.
    • Draft a short reminder text summarising the checklist for your own number
    • Keep it to the two items that matter most this week
    • Leave the message queued for your approval. WebRun never sends a text on its own

Done when A short reminder text is queued in Twilio for approval.

Questions, answered

Will it apply to jobs or change my profile for me?

No. WebRun only reads your account and reports what has gone stale. It never submits an application, edits your profile, uploads a resume, or deletes a saved search. Every change is yours to make.

Does it send a text without asking?

No. The reminder text is drafted and queued in Twilio for your approval. Nothing is sent until you release it, and the checklist itself goes to your own Telegram.

How does it know a saved search has gone dead?

It opens each saved search and counts what it returned this week, then compares against recent weeks. A search producing nothing repeatedly is flagged with a suggestion to widen the terms.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
