Will it reassign work orders between mechanics automatically?

No. Reassigning a work order requires knowing each mechanic's skill set and current vehicle familiarity, so WebRun surfaces the imbalance and leaves the redistribution decision to the shop supervisor.

What if estimated labor hours are not set on some work orders?

WebRun uses task count as the fallback metric when labor hours are missing, and flags those work orders so the supervisor knows the load estimate may be understated for that mechanic.

Does it account for mechanics on leave or part-time schedules?

You can note in the setup which technicians are unavailable that week, and WebRun will exclude them from the active roster so the workload comparison reflects only available staff.
