Automated Fiverr Inbox Response Watch
Every hour, WebRun opens your Fiverr inbox, finds buyer messages that have had no reply yet, works out how long each has waited, drafts a suggested answer for every one, posts the queue to Slack with the oldest first, and cards anything approaching your response time limit in Trello.
How do I keep my Fiverr response time from slipping?
Every hour WebRun opens your Fiverr inbox, finds buyer messages with no seller reply, and works out how long each has been waiting. It drafts a suggested answer for every one, posts the queue to Slack with the oldest first, and cards anything nearing your response limit in Trello, so a slow reply never costs your seller level.
- Buyer messages are surfaced within the hour they arrive
- A drafted reply is ready before you open the conversation
- Nothing is sent to a buyer without your approval
Built for Fiverr sellers · freelancers · small agencies · gig economy workers

1
Fiverr - find unanswered buyer messages
WebRun opens Fiverr to find unanswered buyer messages. - Open your Fiverr inbox and read the conversations with no seller reply
- Work out how long each buyer has been waiting since their last message
- Note whether the buyer is asking about a gig, an active order, or a custom offer
- Draft a short suggested reply for each, matching your usual tone
- Leave every message unsent. WebRun never replies to a buyer on its own
Done when Every unanswered buyer message has a wait time and a drafted reply.
-
2
Slack - post the queue with drafted replies
WebRun opens Slack to post the queue with drafted replies. - Post the unanswered messages with the oldest at the top
- Put the buyer question and the drafted reply side by side so approving is one read
- Show the wait time in hours next to each
- Stay quiet on runs where the inbox has nothing waiting
Done when The queue and its drafted replies are in Slack for you to approve.
-
3
Trello - card the ones near the limit
WebRun opens Trello to card the ones near the limit. - Open a card for any message approaching the response window you set
- Put the buyer, the wait time, and the drafted reply on the card
- Move cards to done once the conversation shows a reply
- Skip messages that already have an open card so the board does not duplicate
Done when Every at-risk conversation has a card, and answered ones are closed out.
How is each run configured?

Questions, answered
Will it reply to buyers for me?
No. WebRun drafts a suggested reply and posts it to Slack for you to approve. Every message to a buyer is sent by you in Fiverr, so your response record stays honest and nothing goes out in the wrong tone.
How does it know a message is still unanswered?
It reads each conversation and checks whether your last message came after the buyer's. Anything where the buyer spoke last is counted as waiting, with the hours shown.
Will it run all night and wake me up?
It runs on the hours you set, so you can keep it to your working day. Messages that arrived overnight are simply at the top of the first morning queue, ranked by how long they waited.
