Good to know

Questions, answered

Can it send schedule cards to technicians who do not use Slack?

This workflow posts to Slack by default. If your team uses a different messaging tool, let WebRun know and it can be adapted to send via SMS through Twilio or email through Gmail instead.

What happens if a job has no technician assigned?

Unassigned jobs are flagged separately in both the Google Sheets roster and the Slack dispatch summary so the dispatcher can fill them before the work day starts.

Does it update if the schedule changes after the morning run?

The digest reflects the BuildOps schedule as of the morning run time. For live intraday changes, your dispatcher should use BuildOps directly or trigger a re-run.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
