In short

How can I automatically alert my team when a service van needs restocking?

Every evening, WebRun reads materials used across today's jobs in ServiceTitan, updates your van-inventory spreadsheet in Google Sheets, identifies any parts that have fallen below their reorder threshold, and posts a restock alert to Slack - so your techs never arrive on site under-equipped.

  • Techs start each day with fully stocked vans - no last-minute parts runs
  • Inventory sheet stays current without manual entry after each job
  • Low-stock alerts land in Slack before the next morning, not during a job

Built for field service operators · HVAC companies · plumbing businesses · fleet managers

Questions, answered

How does it know the reorder threshold for each part?

You set the minimum quantity for each part in the Google Sheets inventory tab. WebRun compares live stock against those numbers every evening.

Can it place the restock order automatically?

No - purchasing is always a human decision. WebRun surfaces the need; you or your parts manager places the order.

What if a tech logs materials incorrectly in ServiceTitan?

WebRun reads exactly what was logged. If a quantity looks anomalous it will still flag it, giving you a chance to catch data entry errors before they affect stock counts.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
