Questions, answered

Will it text customers without my say-so?

No. Every SMS is drafted and posted to Slack first - nothing is sent until you approve the batch. You stay in control of every outbound message.

Can I edit the message wording?

Yes. The draft shows you the exact text before it sends. Give WebRun a tone or a template and it will match your brand voice.

What if a job is cancelled after the reminders are drafted?

Each run checks live Jobber data, so if you cancel a job before approving, that customer is simply removed from the batch.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
