Will it reply to my email or text anyone else?
No. WebRun never replies, forwards, archives, or deletes a message, and the Twilio text goes only to your own saved number. Anything addressed elsewhere is queued for you to approve.
How does it decide what is urgent?
By your priority sender list plus any deadline named inside the message that falls within 24 hours. Everything else becomes a Trello card and waits for you, so the text stays rare.
Does it read every email in my mailbox?
Only messages that arrived since the last run, in the folders you nominate. It records sender, subject, the ask, and the date, and it does not copy message contents anywhere outside your Trello card.
