How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send any notice to family members or beneficiaries automatically?
No. Every notice is saved as a Gmail draft and every DocuSign envelope is left in draft status. Nothing is delivered to the family until a team member reviews and explicitly approves each communication.
What threshold triggers a notice draft?
By default it drafts a notice for any NAV change above 2 percent or any distribution rate update. You can adjust the threshold in the run configuration to match your firm's notification policy.
Which entities receive a notice?
Only entities with a current position in the affected fund receive a draft notice. Entities with no exposure to the fund are excluded.
