Addepar Quarterly Reporting Readiness Audit
Each quarter, before the reporting window opens, WebRun checks Addepar for incomplete valuations, unposted capital events, and unreconciled positions across all entities, cross-checks the general ledger in QuickBooks for matching entries, and posts a structured readiness scorecard to Slack with all open items for your team to close.
How can I automatically check whether all Addepar entity data is ready before the quarterly reporting cycle?
WebRun audits every entity in Addepar for missing valuations, unposted capital events, and unreconciled breaks before each quarter closes, cross-checks capital events against the QuickBooks general ledger, and posts a readiness scorecard to Slack with each entity scored Green, Yellow, or Red and a prioritized list of what to fix before reporting runs.
- Every data gap caught at least 10 business days before quarterly reports run
- Entity readiness scored automatically so teams know exactly where to focus
- QuickBooks GL cross-check eliminates capital event posting mismatches before they reach the report

Questions, answered
What does a Red status mean for an entity?
Red means the entity has a blocking gap that will cause the quarterly report to fail or be incomplete. This includes missing quarter-end valuations, unreconciled breaks, or capital events with no GL match in QuickBooks.
Will it close any data gaps automatically?
No. WebRun only audits and reports. All data corrections, missing valuation entries, and GL postings must be completed by a team member before the reporting cycle opens.
How far before quarter-end does it start running?
It runs every Monday during the final two weeks of the quarter, giving your team at least 10 business days to close all open items before reports generate.
