Questions, answered
Will it cancel any subscriptions automatically?
No. WebRun only identifies and flags recurring charges. All cancellation decisions are made by a human. WebRun surfaces the information; your team takes action.
How does it know if a subscription is unused?
It flags subscriptions that have not appeared on a Ramp statement in the past 60 days as Potentially Inactive in Airtable, based on charge recurrence, not usage data from the vendor's platform.
What if the same tool has multiple cardholders subscribed to it?
Each cardholder-vendor pair is tracked as a separate Airtable record, so you can spot duplicate subscriptions to the same tool across different employees or departments.
