No. WebRun posts the bottleneck digest to the finance channel for a manager to follow up. Direct reminders to approvers are not sent automatically so your manager stays in control of the nudge.
How do you define a bottleneck?
You set the turnaround target during setup, for example items pending more than 2 business days. WebRun flags anything older than that threshold in Ramp's approval queue.
What if the backlog is zero?
WebRun skips the Slack post when there are no items past the threshold. You only get a message on days when there is a real bottleneck to act on.
