Will it automatically reverse or block the violating transactions?
No. WebRun only flags and reports. Reversals or card blocks are left for your finance team to action in Ramp, so no money moves without a human decision.
How does it know what your policy rules are?
You configure the rules once during setup: per-category spend caps, restricted merchant lists, and per-transaction limits. WebRun reads each transaction against those rules on every run.
What if the same transaction appeared yesterday?
WebRun checks only transactions posted in the last 24 hours each run, so already-flagged items from prior days do not appear again.
