Questions, answered
Will it notify the client that punch list items are outstanding?
No. WebRun only logs the open items to Airtable for your internal team to action. Any client communication about punch list status is drafted separately and requires your approval.
How does it know a project is near completion?
It looks for projects where the schedule milestone is set to Completion or Closeout in Buildertrend, or where overall schedule progress is above a threshold you set during setup.
What happens when all punch list items are closed?
Once all items for a project are marked complete in Buildertrend, the project no longer appears in the Airtable list, giving your team a clean signal that the job is ready to invoice.
