In short

How do I get a weekly report of EVS cleaning audit scores?

Every Monday, WebRun pulls the past week's completed audits from FacilityRF's Inspect Now history, calculates an average score by unit and by housekeeper, and logs the results with week over week change to Google Sheets. It posts a summary to your EVS leadership Teams channel, highlighting the facility average and any unit whose score dropped.

  • Leadership sees a facility wide score every Monday without pulling a manual report
  • Units or housekeepers with a sharp score drop are flagged automatically
  • Every week's scores are logged for a clean, ongoing trend record

Questions, answered

Does it score individual housekeepers or just units?

Both. FacilityRF's audit data is grouped into an average by unit and a separate average by housekeeper, so leadership can see facility wide trends and individual performance in the same report.

How far back does each week's report look?

Each Monday's report covers exactly the prior 7 days of completed audits, compared against the 7 days before that, so the week over week change is always an apples to apples comparison.

What happens if a unit's score drops sharply?

Any unit or housekeeper whose average drops more than 5 points from the prior week is highlighted in the Sheets log and called out by name in the Teams summary, so leadership can follow up right away.
