Catch vendor logistics gaps before event day

Every morning, WebRun opens Planning Pod, checks the vendor logistics checklist for every event within 7 days, catches any incomplete item like load in time, certificate of insurance, or equipment confirmation, logs the gaps to a Google Sheet, and posts your ops team a Slack alert so nothing is missing when trucks start arriving.

Questions, answered

Does it contact vendors directly to close the gaps?

No. It only reads the checklist status already in Planning Pod and reports gaps internally to Slack and Google Sheets. Reaching out to a vendor is left for your ops team to do.

What counts as a logistics gap?

By default it checks load in time, certificate of insurance, equipment confirmation, and site access for each vendor. The checklist items it watches can be adjusted in your run settings.

What if a vendor already completed an item in Planning Pod?

It reads the live checklist each morning, so any item already marked complete in Planning Pod is dropped from the gap list automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
