No. It only reads the budgeted and actual figures already in Planning Pod. Any correction to a budget or expense is something you make yourself in Planning Pod.
What counts as over budget?
By default, any line item running more than 10 percent over its budgeted amount is flagged. That threshold can be adjusted in your run settings.
Can it catch an event before it closes out?
Yes. It checks every active event each Monday, not just ones closing that week, so a line item trending over budget gets flagged while there is still time to act.
