What counts as a first pass yield failure?
Any unit that fails its first test attempt at a station, whether it later passes on retest or repair. WebRun reads this directly from the test results already recorded in FactoryLogix.
Who gets texted when yield drops?
Only the quality engineer you assign, and only when a station falls below the yield floor you set. Stations performing normally never generate a text, just a logged row.
Does it tell me why yield dropped?
It ranks the failure codes recorded at that station so you can see the most frequent defect first. Root cause investigation still needs a person, WebRun points you at where to start.
