Automated eM Client Unanswered Email List
Every morning, WebRun opens eM Client, finds the messages in your tracked folders where somebody wrote to you more than two days ago and no reply was ever sent, records each in Airtable with the sender and the subject, and posts the reply list to your Microsoft Teams channel.
How do I find emails I forgot to reply to?
WebRun opens eM Client every morning and finds threads where somebody wrote to you more than two days ago and no reply was ever sent. It records each in Airtable with the sender, subject, and days waiting, then posts the ranked reply list to Microsoft Teams, so nobody waits on you unnoticed.
- Threads waiting more than two days surface every morning
- Newsletters and no-reply mail never clutter the list
- Airtable keeps your own triage notes between runs

Questions, answered
Will it reply to anyone for me?
No. WebRun never sends, drafts, or auto-replies to an email. It reads your folders and builds a list of who is waiting. Every reply is written and sent by you.
Does it count newsletters and notifications?
No. Bulk mail, notifications, and no-reply senders are excluded by default, and you can name any sender or folder to skip so the list stays down to real people waiting on you.
How long before something counts as unanswered?
Two days is the default and you set your own window. WebRun also checks the sent folder, so a thread you answered from your phone never appears on the list.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
