Automated TeleTracking Psych Hold Follow Ups

Every morning, WebRun opens TeleTracking, ranks every patient on a psychiatric hold by days waiting for placement, logs the worklist to a Google Sheet using initials only, texts the case manager a summary count through Twilio, and drafts an unsent placement follow up message for each hold past interval.

In short

How do I automatically track and follow up on psych hold placements?

Every morning, WebRun checks TeleTracking for patients on a psychiatric hold awaiting placement, ranks them by days waiting, and texts the case manager a summary count through Twilio. Past your interval, it drafts a follow up message citing only the case number and leaves it unsent for review, so outreach stays timely while a human sends every message.

  • Every active psych hold is ranked by days waiting each morning with no manual chart review
  • Follow up messages are drafted and ready, never sent without a human reviewing them first
  • Identifying detail stays minimal throughout, using case numbers and initials only

Built for ED case managers · behavioral health liaisons · hospital social work teams · emergency department directors

Questions, answered

Will it contact the receiving facility about a patient?

No. WebRun drafts a placement follow up message referencing only the case number, and leaves it unsent in the case manager's queue. A human always reviews and sends any outside communication.

Does the daily text include patient names or diagnoses?

No. The text is a count and interval summary only. The Google Sheet log uses initials, never a full name or diagnosis, keeping identifying detail to a minimum.

What happens once a patient is placed?

TeleTracking is rechecked every morning, so once a placement is confirmed the patient is marked resolved and removed from the active worklist automatically.
