In short

How do I automatically remind customers when their duct cleaning is due?

WebRun checks Workiz every morning for customers whose recommended duct cleaning interval is coming due within two weeks, drafts a friendly reminder text for each one through Twilio, and posts the full batch to Slack for your office to review. Nothing sends until a human approves it, so recurring revenue keeps flowing without spamming customers.

  • Customers get reminded before their duct cleaning interval lapses, not after
  • Office reviews a ready to send batch every morning instead of building one from scratch
  • No reminder goes out to a customer who already has a visit booked

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it text customers without my approval?

No. WebRun drafts every reminder in Twilio and leaves it unsent. Your office reviews the full batch in Slack and approves each one before it goes out, so no customer gets a message on WebRun's own decision.

How does it know when a customer is due?

It reads each customer's last duct cleaning date and recommended service interval from Workiz, then flags anyone whose next visit falls within the coming two weeks. You can adjust the interval and the look ahead window in your settings.

What if a customer already booked their next visit?

It checks the live Workiz schedule each morning, so anyone with an upcoming appointment already on the books is skipped automatically and won't get a duplicate reminder.

Put this on autopilot.
