Automated Draftbit Overdue Screen Alerts
Every Monday, WebRun opens Draftbit, checks each project's screens against the due dates tracked in Airtable, flags any screen still marked in progress past its date, and emails the assigned builder a nudge on Gmail so launch dates don't quietly slip.
How do I catch overdue Draftbit screens before launch slips?
WebRun checks your Draftbit project screens every Monday against the due dates tracked in Airtable, then confirms in Draftbit itself whether an overdue screen is really still in progress. It emails the assigned builder a nudge naming the screen and how many days it has slipped, so launch dates don't quietly drift.
- Overdue screens get a nudge the same Monday instead of at launch week
- Every screen's real status is double-checked before anyone is emailed
- Launch dates stay visible instead of drifting quietly

Questions, answered
Does it change the due date or reassign the screen?
No. It only flags what is overdue and emails a nudge. Changing a due date or reassigning work stays a human decision.
Does it email anyone outside my team?
No. The nudge only goes to the builder on your own team assigned to that screen, never to a client or outside contact.
What if a screen is done but Airtable wasn't updated?
It double-checks the real status in Draftbit before emailing, so a screen already finished but not yet marked in Airtable doesn't trigger a false nudge.
