How do I automatically draft dive trip confirmations when a booking comes in?
WebRun watches Diversdesk for new trip bookings every few minutes. For each one it reads the trip, date, dive site, and diver details, then drafts a warm confirmation email in Gmail and posts the front desk a Slack summary. Every email waits unsent for a person to review and send.
- Every new booking has a confirmation draft ready within minutes
- The front desk sees who booked without watching the inbox
- Wrong dates or sites are caught before any email leaves, because a person always sends

Questions, answered
Will it email divers a confirmation without me?
No. Every confirmation is saved as a Gmail draft for your front desk to review and send. Nothing reaches a diver until a person clicks send, so a wrong date or site never goes out on its own.
How does it know which bookings still need a confirmation?
It reads the live bookings in Diversdesk each run and checks whether a confirmation is already on file. Bookings that were already confirmed are skipped automatically.
Can the confirmation include gear rental and meeting details?
Yes. It pulls the trip date, meeting time, dive site, and any booked add-ons like rental gear or nitrox straight from Diversdesk and writes them into the draft.
