No. WebRun drafts the reply and delivers it to Slack and Telegram for review. The reply is only posted to your Google Business profile after a manager explicitly approves and submits it, keeping all public responses under human control.
How does it handle a negative review?
Reviews rated two stars or below are flagged as high priority and sent as an urgent Telegram alert in addition to the Slack notification, so your manager can respond quickly and draft a recovery reply for approval.
Can it manage reviews on platforms beyond Google Business?
