In short

How do I automatically re-engage lapsed dispensary loyalty members?

WebRun reviews your loyalty member sheet every Monday, identifies customers who have not visited within your lapse window, and drafts a personalised winback campaign in Mailchimp. The draft is posted to Slack for staff to review and approve. No email reaches a customer until a team member explicitly sends it from Mailchimp.

  • Lapsed members are identified and targeted every week without manual list-pulling
  • Personalised offers are based on each member's purchase history
  • No winback email reaches customers without explicit staff sign-off

Built for dispensary marketing managers · loyalty program managers · cannabis retail owners · CRM operators

Questions, answered

Will it send the winback email to customers automatically?

No. WebRun creates the Mailchimp campaign as a draft and posts it to Slack for review. A staff member must log into Mailchimp and explicitly send the campaign. No customer email is sent without human approval.

How does it decide which members count as lapsed?

Lapse is defined by the number of days since a member's last recorded visit in your loyalty Google Sheet. You set the threshold, typically 60 or 90 days, and members already in a recent winback cycle are excluded automatically.

Can it personalise the offer based on what a member usually buys?

Yes. If your Google Sheet includes a preferred category or top product column, WebRun uses that data to tailor the offer in the Mailchimp draft, for example highlighting flower deals for flower buyers.
