Keep floor stock from running below par
Every night, WebRun opens Computrition, checks floor stock and nourishment room par levels against today's usage, logs every item running below par to a Google Sheet, and posts a draft reorder list to the purchasing Teams channel for a person to review and submit, so nothing runs out before tomorrow's par count.

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it place the reorder with the vendor automatically?
No. WebRun only drafts the reorder list and posts it to purchasing's Teams channel. Submitting the order to a vendor is always left for a person to review and send.
How does it know an item's par level?
It reads the par level already set for each item in Computrition and compares tonight's count against it, so nothing needs to be configured twice.
What if an item is still below par the next night?
It carries that item forward on the tracker and flags it in the Teams post as still short, so a repeat shortage does not quietly disappear.
Put this on autopilot.
