Questions, answered
Does this send anything to customers?
No. This is a purely internal report posted to your owner Slack channel. No customer receives any message, and no external system is updated.
Can it compare this week's revenue to the same week last year?
Yes. Once a full year of data is logged in the Google Sheet, WebRun can read the same week's row from last year and include a year-on-year comparison in the Slack report.
What if some jobs in Urable are not yet marked as paid?
It reports on completed and paid jobs only, so unpaid or pending invoices are excluded from the revenue total. This keeps the report accurate and cash-based rather than accrual.
