Automated Auto Detailing Recurring Rebooking

Every morning, WebRun opens Urable, finds customers whose last detail was 4, 8, or 12 weeks ago (based on the service interval you set), drafts a personalised rebooking message for each, queues those messages for your review, and posts a daily rebooking target list to Slack.

In short

How do I automatically rebook auto detailing customers on a maintenance schedule?

WebRun opens Urable every morning and finds customers whose last detail was beyond your configured service interval. It drafts a personalised rebooking SMS via Twilio and an email via Gmail for each, queues them for your approval, and posts a prioritised rebooking list to Slack so your team can convert lapsed customers into repeat revenue.

  • Customers return on a regular maintenance cycle without manual follow-up
  • High-value ceramic coating clients are flagged for priority rebooking
  • No customer falls through the cracks after a completed service

Built for auto detailing shops · ceramic coating studios · mobile detailers · car care subscription businesses

Questions, answered

Will it contact customers without my approval?

No. Every rebooking message is drafted and queued for your review. Nothing is sent until you approve it, so you stay in full control of customer communications.

How does it know when a customer is due?

It reads the completed job history in Urable and compares the last service date against the interval you configure, such as 4 weeks for a maintenance wash or 12 weeks for a ceramic maintenance check.

What if a customer already has a future booking?

WebRun checks Urable for existing future appointments each run and skips anyone who is already booked, so you never send a duplicate rebooking nudge.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
