How do I automatically remind auto detailing members to renew their packages?
WebRun checks Urable and Stripe every morning for memberships and prepaid packages expiring in the next 7 or 14 days. It drafts personalised renewal reminders via Twilio SMS and Gmail email for each member, queues them for your approval, and posts a Slack summary of recurring revenue at risk so you can prioritise outreach on the highest-value plans.
- Expiring memberships are flagged 14 days out before revenue is lost
- Members on auto-renew are skipped so reminders never feel spammy
- Owner sees recurring revenue at risk in a single Slack message each morning

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it charge members or auto-renew them without permission?
No. WebRun only drafts reminder messages for your review. It never initiates a charge or renewal on its own. Any billing action requires your explicit approval or the member's direct action.
What if a member's subscription already auto-renews via Stripe?
It cross-references each membership against its Stripe subscription status and skips anyone whose plan is set to auto-renew, so members are never reminded unnecessarily.
Can it remind members about unused service credits before they expire?
Yes. It reads remaining service credits from Urable and can include a note in the renewal message prompting members to use outstanding credits before their package expires.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
