Automated Depop Stale Listing Triage
Every Monday, WebRun opens Depop, reads your active listings with their listing date, price and likes, records the aging ones in Airtable, and sends you a Telegram shortlist of the dead stock worth repricing or refreshing first.
How do I find which Depop listings have sat unsold the longest?
WebRun opens Depop every Monday and reads your active listings, capturing each one's listing date, price and like count. It logs the aging items in Airtable and sends you a Telegram shortlist of the longest-sitting stock, so a short reprice session targets the listings that actually need it.
- Dead stock is identified weekly instead of noticed months later
- Every reprice session targets the listings that have aged the longest
- Likes and price sit next to age so the call is obvious
Built for Depop sellers · resellers · vintage shops · small ecommerce operators

Questions, answered
Will it change my prices or relist anything?
No. WebRun only reads your Depop listings and sends a shortlist. Every reprice, refresh or relist stays a manual decision you make in the app.
How does it decide what counts as dead stock?
It uses the aging threshold you set, in days on sale. Items past that line are flagged, and likes are shown alongside so a popular listing gets a different call than an ignored one.
What happens to items that sell during the week?
They drop off automatically. WebRun reads the live availability of every listing each Monday, so anything sold is excluded from the next shortlist.
