In short

How do I organise the attachments arriving in my email inbox?

WebRun opens Daum Mail every night, finds the day's messages carrying attachments, and moves each into a folder named for its sender. It logs every file name, type, sender, and received date in Airtable, then texts you the night's count through Twilio, so documents stop getting buried in threads.

  • Documents are found by sender and date, not by searching threads
  • Every attachment is logged the night it arrives
  • Nothing is deleted: messages are only moved into folders

Built for office admins · bookkeepers · operations teams · small business owners

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens mail.daum.net in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Leave every message in place if you prefer, and never delete or empty anything

    • Link back to the message so the original is one click away
    • Group the night's rows by sender so a regular supplier is easy to follow

Done when Airtable holds a row for every attachment that arrived today.

  4. 3
Twilio - text you the night's count
    twilio.com
WebRun in Twilio: text you the night's count
WebRun opens Twilio to text you the night's count.
    • Send a short SMS to your own number with the night's attachment count
    • Name the senders that sent the most files today
    • Draft rather than send any message aimed at a sender or a third party, and leave it for your approval

Done when You have tonight's attachment count by SMS.

Questions, answered

Will it reply to any of these senders?

No. WebRun never replies, forwards, or sends mail from your account. Any message aimed at a sender is drafted and left for your approval, and the nightly SMS goes only to your own number.

Does it delete anything from my mailbox?

No. Messages are only moved into folders, which you can undo at any time. Nothing is deleted, archived out of reach, or emptied from the trash.

What if a sender has no folder yet?

It creates a folder named for that sender and files the message there, then records the folder name in Airtable so you always know where a document landed.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
