Does it notify employees directly about flagged transactions?
No. WebRun sends a summary only to the compliance team Telegram chat. No messages are sent to individual employees. Your compliance team decides what follow-up or coaching is needed.
What if the POS does not record ID-scan events at all?
If your PDI POS configuration does not log ID-scan events, the workflow will flag all age-restricted transactions and note the missing event type. This is a setup signal that your POS age-verification logging may need to be enabled.
Does a flag mean a violation definitely occurred?
No. A flag means an ID-scan event is absent in the log, which needs human review. A cashier may have used an alternative verification method not captured digitally. Your compliance team reviews each flag and makes the determination.
