Automated Per-Account Ticket Volume Digest
Every Monday, WebRun opens HubSpot, counts last week's support tickets for each account, compares the count to the prior week, logs the per-account volume and trend in Google Sheets, and posts each CSM a Slack digest ranking their accounts by ticket load so rising support pain reaches the CSM, not just the support queue.
How do I see support ticket volume by account for my CSMs?
Every Monday, WebRun counts last week's HubSpot support tickets for each account, compares the count to the prior week, and logs the per-account volume and trend in Google Sheets. It posts each CSM a Slack digest ranking their accounts by ticket load, so rising support pain reaches the CSM as a signal, not just the support queue.
- Support pain reaches the CSM, not just the queue
- Each CSM sees their noisiest accounts ranked weekly
- Ticket spikes surface before the health score drops

1

- Note the owning CSM and any account with a sharp jump from the prior week
Done when Every account has its last-week ticket count and week-over-week change captured.
-
2
Google Sheets - log counts and trend
WebRun logs per-account ticket counts and the weekly trend. - Open the ticket-volume sheet and write this week's count per account
- Add the prior-week figure and the change so the trend is visible
- Sort so the heaviest and fastest-rising accounts sit at the top
Done when Per-account ticket counts and trend are logged in the sheet.
-
3
Slack - send each CSM their digest
WebRun posts each CSM their per-account ticket digest. - Post each CSM a digest of their accounts ranked by last week's ticket volume

Questions, answered
Will it reply to support tickets on its own?
No. This workflow only reads ticket counts and posts an internal digest to your own team in Slack. It never replies to a customer or touches a ticket. WebRun surfaces the volume so the CSM can reach out proactively.
How does it count tickets per account?
It filters HubSpot Service Hub tickets to the last seven days and groups them by associated company, so each account gets a clean count and a week-over-week comparison rather than a single firm-wide number.
Why should CSMs see ticket volume at all?
A spike in tickets is an early friction signal that often precedes a health-score drop. Routing per-account volume to the owning CSM turns reactive support load into a proactive customer success check-in.
