Automated Mar-Kov Seasonal Flavor Launch Checklists

Every Monday, WebRun opens Mar-Kov to check formulation sign-off and QC clearance for your next seasonal flavor, checks Google Drive for approved packaging artwork, and posts a Slack checklist showing what's done and what's still blocking the launch date, so nothing slips through in the run-up.

In short

How do I track everything blocking a seasonal ice cream flavor launch?

Every Monday, WebRun checks Mar-Kov for formulation sign-off and QC clearance on your next seasonal flavor, and checks Google Drive for approved packaging artwork. It posts a Slack checklist showing each item as done or pending, counts down the days to launch, and calls out whichever piece is most likely to delay it, so nothing surprises the team the week of launch.

  • Launch blockers surface every Monday instead of the week before launch
  • The team sees one checklist instead of checking Mar-Kov and Drive separately
  • The biggest launch risk is called out instead of buried in a status list

Questions, answered

Does it approve the formulation or artwork itself?

No. WebRun only checks the sign-off status your team already recorded in Mar-Kov and Google Drive. Approving a formulation or artwork file is still done by hand by the person responsible for it.

What counts as blocking the launch?

Formulation not signed off, a QC test batch that hasn't passed, or packaging artwork that isn't marked approved. Any of those keeps showing as pending until it's resolved in Mar-Kov or Drive.

Can it track more than one seasonal flavor at once?

Yes. Point it at each seasonal flavor's formulation and artwork folder, and it posts a separate checklist line for every launch you have in the pipeline.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
