Keep raw materials from running out
Every morning, WebRun opens Mar-Kov, checks stock levels for cream, sugar, stabilizers, mix-ins, and packaging against your par levels, drafts a purchase order in QuickBooks for anything below par, and posts a Slack summary so purchasing can review and send the order before production runs short.

How do I get a purchase order drafted before raw materials run out?
WebRun checks raw material and packaging stock in Mar-Kov every morning and compares each item to its par level. For anything running low, it drafts a purchase order in QuickBooks with the quantity needed and last known price, then posts a Slack summary ranked by urgency, so purchasing reviews and sends the order before a shortage stops production.
- Low stock is caught every morning instead of when the line runs out mid-shift
- Purchasing opens a ready-to-send draft order instead of building one from scratch
- Nothing is ordered from a supplier without a human review
Built for ice cream manufacturers · frozen dessert purchasing teams · plant managers · supply chain coordinators

Questions, answered
Will it actually place the order with my supplier?
No. WebRun only drafts the purchase order in QuickBooks and leaves it unsent. Your purchasing team reviews the quantity and price, then sends it themselves, so nothing is ordered without a human checking it first.
How does it decide what counts as low stock?
It compares each item's current level in Mar-Kov against the par level you've set for it. Anything below par gets a draft order, and anything under 3 days of supply is flagged urgent.
What if I already reordered an item manually?
It reads live stock levels each morning, so once your manual order arrives and stock is updated in Mar-Kov, that item drops off the low-stock list automatically.
