Automated Craft to Notion Document Sync

Every Monday, WebRun opens Craft, lists every document in the shared workspace, compares that list against the tracker in Notion, logs any document missing from the tracker to Google Sheets, and adds the missing entries to Notion so both stay in sync.

In short

How do I keep my Craft documents synced with a Notion tracker?

WebRun lists every document in your shared Craft workspace each Monday, compares it against the tracker in Notion, and adds any document missing from the tracker. It logs the gaps it found to Google Sheets, so a Craft workspace full of notes and drafts never drifts out of sync with the team's central Notion tracker.

  • Every Craft document ends up tracked in Notion, not just the ones someone remembered
  • Sync gaps get caught weekly instead of discovered months later
  • A running history of gaps builds up in Sheets automatically

Questions, answered

Does it edit or delete anything in Craft?

No. WebRun only reads the document list. Editing or deleting a document stays a manual step in Craft.

What happens to a document that's since been deleted?

It's left in the Notion tracker with its existing entry. WebRun only adds missing documents, it doesn't remove tracker entries.

How far back does it check?

Every document currently in the shared workspace, not just ones edited recently.
