In short

How do I check my spam folder for real emails without reading all of it?

Every morning WebRun signs in to Cox Email, reads the messages sitting in your spam folder, and picks out the ones that look genuine, such as invoices, replies, and known senders. It logs the rescue list in Notion and texts you through Twilio when something important is caught.

  • A misfiled invoice is found the next morning, not next month
  • Repeat false positives are listed so you can allow the sender
  • Nothing in the mailbox is moved, marked, or deleted

Built for small business owners · sole traders · households · anyone on a legacy webmail account

Questions, answered

Will it move or delete anything in my mailbox?

No. WebRun reads the spam folder and leaves every message in place. Moving mail to the inbox or emptying the folder stays your action, so nothing is lost by a run.

Does it click links or open attachments?

No. It reads sender, subject, and date only. Links are never followed and file uploads and downloads are blocked by the run policy, so a phishing message cannot be triggered.

Will it reply to anything on my behalf?

No. WebRun never sends mail from your account. It reports what it found, and every reply stays something you write and send yourself.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
