In short

How do I get appointment emails onto my calendar automatically?

WebRun signs in to Cox Email every morning, reads the appointment and booking emails that arrived overnight, and creates a Google Calendar event for each with the time, location, and reference number. It then drafts any confirmation reply in Gmail and leaves it for you to approve before anything is sent.

  • Bookings hit the calendar the morning they arrive
  • Reference numbers travel with the event, so nothing is hunted for later
  • Confirmation replies are written but never sent without approval

Built for households · sole traders · busy professionals · office administrators

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.cox.net in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Cox Email - read new booking emails
    cox.net
WebRun in Cox Email: read new booking emails
WebRun opens Cox Email to read new booking emails.
    • Sign in to Cox Email and open the messages received since the last run
    • Pick out appointment confirmations, service bookings, and delivery windows
    • Capture the date, the start and end time, the address or link, and the reference number
    • Note whether the sender asked you to confirm, reschedule, or simply attend

Done when Every new booking email has its date, time, place, and reference captured.

  3. 2
Google Calendar - create the dated entries
    calendar.google.com
WebRun in Google Calendar: create the dated entries
WebRun opens Google Calendar to create the dated entries.
    • Create an event for each booking at the exact date and time from the email
    • Put the address or joining link in the location field and the reference number in the description
    • Add a reminder the day before for anything that needs travel or preparation
    • Check for an existing event with the same reference so nothing is duplicated

Done when Every booking from the inbox is on the calendar exactly once.

  4. 3
Gmail - draft any confirmation reply
    gmail.com
WebRun in Gmail: draft any confirmation reply
WebRun opens Gmail to draft any confirmation reply.
    • Draft a short confirmation reply for each email that asked you to confirm
    • Include the reference number and the agreed time so the reply is unambiguous
    • Leave every reply in Drafts. WebRun never sends a confirmation, a cancellation, or a reschedule on its own
    • Add a one-line list of the bookings added to the calendar at the top of the drafts folder

Done when Each booking that needs a reply has one waiting in Drafts for your approval.

Questions, answered

Will it reply to these emails without me?

No. Every confirmation reply is written into Gmail Drafts and left there. WebRun never confirms, cancels, or reschedules an appointment on its own. You read the draft and press send yourself.

What stops the same booking being added twice?

The reference number. WebRun checks the calendar for an existing event carrying the same reference before creating anything, so a resent or forwarded confirmation never produces a duplicate entry.

Does it read my whole mailbox?

It reads messages received since the last run and only extracts appointment and booking details. It never deletes, forwards, or moves your mail, and nothing from the inbox leaves the apps you connected.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
