In short

How do I automatically chase attorneys for missing deposition documents?

Every Monday, WebRun reviews jobs in ReporterBase where exhibits or source documents are still outstanding, logs every open request in a Google Sheet with priority flags, and queues an SMS reminder via Twilio for each attorney. Every message waits for staff approval before sending so nothing goes out without a human check.

  • No outstanding exhibit request sits untracked for more than a week
  • Staff see every open document request in one Google Sheet with priority flags
  • Attorneys receive timely reminders without manual follow-up from coordinators

Built for court reporting agencies · transcript production teams · legal support firms

Questions, answered

Will it send SMS reminders to attorneys without my approval?

No. Every SMS is queued for review and only sent after a staff member approves it. WebRun never sends a message to an attorney on its own.

How does it know which documents are missing?

WebRun checks the job and transcript production records in ReporterBase. Any job flagged as pending transcript delivery where exhibits have not been received triggers a reminder.

What if the attorney has already sent the documents?

Once documents are recorded as received in ReporterBase, that job is automatically excluded from the next run's chase list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
