Automated Coupang Item Winner Monitoring
Every morning, WebRun opens Coupang, checks each of your listings for the Item Winner slot, notes the current price against the recommended price and recent orders, opens a Trello card for every listing you lost, and posts the shortlist to Slack.
How do I find out which Coupang listings lost the Item Winner slot?
Every morning WebRun opens Coupang, checks each of your listings for the Item Winner slot, and records the current price against the recommended price. It logs every lost listing to a Trello card and posts Slack a short ranked list, so lost traffic gets priced and fixed the same day.
- Lost Item Winner slots are found the morning they happen
- Every lost listing arrives priced, with the gap already worked out
- Best-selling products are fixed first, not whatever you notice first

1

- Read the Item Winner status on each one
- Capture the product price, the recommended price, and recent orders for any listing no longer winning
Done when Every active listing has a current Item Winner status recorded.
-
2
Trello - open a card per lost listing
WebRun opens Trello to open a card per lost listing. - Create a card on your pricing board for each listing that lost the slot
- Put the product name, your price, the recommended price, and the gap in the card
- Skip listings that already have an open card from an earlier run
Done when Each newly lost listing has one card with its pricing detail.
-
3
Slack - post the morning fix list
WebRun opens Slack to post the morning fix list. - Post a short list of the listings that stopped winning overnight
- Put the highest-order products first with the price gap beside each

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it change my prices on its own?
No. WebRun only reads the listing and reports the gap. Every price change stays with you: it opens a Trello card and posts the list, and nothing is edited or submitted in Coupang.
How does it know which lost listings matter most?
It ranks by recent orders, so the products that were actually selling sit at the top of the Slack list rather than dormant listings.
What if I win the slot back later that day?
It reads the live Item Winner status on every run, so any listing you have already won back is dropped from the next morning's list automatically.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
