Automated Knowify New Bid Follow-Up Tracking

Every morning, WebRun opens Knowify, identifies bids submitted in the last 48 hours that have not yet received a follow-up call or email, logs them to a Google Sheet, and posts a Slack reminder to your estimating team with each prospect's name, job value, and contact details.

In short

How do I automatically track and follow up on new concrete bids in Knowify?

WebRun opens Knowify every morning, finds new bids submitted in the last 48 hours with no follow-up logged, logs them to Google Sheets, and posts a ranked call list to Slack for your estimating team. Prospects are sorted by estimate value so your team calls the biggest opportunities first. No prospect is contacted automatically.

  • Every new bid gets a follow-up reminder the next morning, while the prospect is still warm
  • Estimators see a ranked call list sorted by job value so high-margin work gets priority
  • A Google Sheet builds a running bid pipeline view without any manual data entry

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it call or email prospects automatically?

No. WebRun posts an internal call list to Slack and logs data to Google Sheets. It does not contact prospects directly. Your estimators make the follow-up calls and emails themselves.

How does it know if a follow-up has already happened?

WebRun checks for follow-up activity logged in Knowify on each estimate, such as a note or status update. If your team logs calls and emails in Knowify, the bid is treated as covered and removed from the call list.

Can I track bids older than 48 hours as well?

Yes. During setup you can extend the lookback window to 7 days or longer. The Google Sheet also accumulates a running history so you can see all open bids at a glance.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
