Knowify tracks equipment as cost categories and time entries tied to jobs. WebRun reads whichever equipment line items your team logs in Knowify's job costing and time tracking modules, so it reflects your actual tracked assets.
How is utilization rate calculated?
WebRun divides actual hours logged in Knowify by the number of available working hours in the week for each asset. You set the hours-per-day baseline during setup, for example 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Can I see utilization by job as well as by equipment?
Yes. The Google Sheet logs hours both by equipment and by job so you can see which jobs are consuming the most equipment hours and spot where bottlenecks are forming.
