Questions, answered

Will it email clients about their failed payment without me seeing the message?

No. Every recovery email is saved as a Gmail draft and shown to you in Slack first. You approve and send.

What if the client's card already recovered on a retry?

WebRun checks Stripe for the current charge status at run time and skips any payment that has since been recovered automatically.

What does the email say?

A gentle, professional note explaining there was a hiccup with their payment and asking them to update their details via a secure link. No alarming language - just a simple prompt to fix it.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
