Questions, answered

Will it email clients on its own?

No. Every follow-up is saved as a Gmail draft for attorney review. No email is sent to a client without a human approving it first.

What if a client already sent the document but Clio wasn't updated?

WebRun reads the open Clio task status each morning. If the task has been closed (even just before the run), it is automatically excluded from the follow-up list.

Can it handle multiple outstanding items per client?

Yes. It consolidates all outstanding document requests for the same client into a single follow-up draft so they receive one clear, organised message.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
