Automated CJdropshipping Low Stock Alerts
Every hour, WebRun opens CJdropshipping, reads the inventory quantity for each variant of the products you actively sell across warehouses, updates a stock board in Notion, and opens a Trello card to restock or pause any variant that has fallen below the level you set.
How do I get alerted before a dropshipping product runs out of stock?
WebRun watches CJdropshipping stock every hour. It reads the inventory quantity for each variant of the products you actively sell across warehouses, updates a Notion stock board, and opens a Trello card to restock or pause any variant that falls below the level you set.
- Orders stop being taken on variants that are already empty
- Stock is read per warehouse, so one empty region is not read as a stockout
- A card opens once per problem instead of every hour

Questions, answered
Will it pause my listings or place an order?
No. WebRun records the stock level and opens a Trello card with a suggested action. Pausing a product or buying inventory stays a decision you make and carry out yourself.
Does it check every warehouse?
Yes. Quantity is read per warehouse and recorded that way in Notion, so a product that is empty in one region but stocked in another is not mistaken for a total stockout.
Will I get a card every hour for the same variant?
No. A card is opened when a variant first crosses into low or out, and it closes once stock recovers, so a slow moving problem does not become an hourly notification.
