Automated Taproom Daily Sales Logging

Every morning, WebRun opens Arryved, pulls yesterday's taproom sales, breaks them out by flights, pints, and to-go for each cider, appends a clean daily row to your Google Sheet, and posts a short Slack recap so you see the trend without touching a spreadsheet.

In short

How do I log my daily taproom and flight sales to a spreadsheet?

WebRun opens Arryved every morning, pulls yesterday's taproom sales, and splits them by flights, pints, and to-go for each cider. It appends one clean daily row to your Google Sheet and posts a short Slack recap of totals, covers, and the top seller, so the trend is logged without anyone touching a spreadsheet.

  • Yesterday's numbers are logged before the taproom opens
  • Flights, pints, and to-go are tracked separately, not as one lump total
  • The team sees the trend in Slack without opening a spreadsheet

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.arryved.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
    Arryved - pull yesterday's sales
    arryved.com
WebRun in Arryved: pull yesterday's sales
WebRun opens Arryved to pull yesterday's taproom sales.
    • Open Arryved and open yesterday's sales reporting for the taproom
    • Break sales out by category: flights, pints and pours, and to-go cans or crowlers
    • Capture units and revenue per cider, plus total covers and average tab
    • Note any comps or voids so the totals reconcile

Done when Yesterday's taproom sales are captured by category and by cider, with totals that reconcile.

  3. 2
Google Sheets - append the daily row
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: append the daily row
WebRun opens Google Sheets to append yesterday's daily row.
    • Open your taproom sales Google Sheet
    • Append a new row for yesterday with the date and each category total
    • Fill the per-cider columns for flights, pints, and to-go
    • Keep the format consistent so charts and rolling averages update on their own

Done when A single clean daily row is appended to the sheet with all category and per-cider figures.

  4. 3
Slack - post the sales recap
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: post the sales recap
WebRun opens Slack to post the daily sales recap.
    • Post a short Slack recap with yesterday's total sales, covers, and average tab
    • Call out the top-selling cider and any category that jumped or dipped
    • Link the Google Sheet for anyone who wants the detail

Done when Your team has a Slack recap of yesterday's numbers with a link to the sheet.

Questions, answered

Does it post the recap without me?

Yes, but only to your internal Slack channel and your own Google Sheet. The daily sales log is an internal digest, so WebRun writes the row and posts the recap on its own. It never messages a customer.

How does it split flights from pints and to-go?

It reads the sales categories in Arryved and maps each order to flights, pints and pours, or to-go cans and crowlers, so the sheet shows how each format sold, not just one lump total.

What if the totals do not reconcile?

It captures comps and voids alongside gross sales so the daily row balances. If a figure will not reconcile, it notes the gap in the Slack recap rather than writing a number it cannot back up.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
