Get an alert when a cider drops below keg par

Through service, WebRun opens Arryved, reads the to-the-ounce remaining volume on every tapped cider, compares each against the keg par level you set, and posts a Slack alert the moment a cider runs low so a fresh keg is ready before the line blows.

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.arryved.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Arryved - read live keg levels
    arryved.com How to Automate Arryved
WebRun in Arryved: read live keg levels
WebRun opens Arryved to read the to-the-ounce keg levels.
    • Open Arryved and go to the to-the-ounce inventory for tapped kegs
    • Read the remaining volume on each cider currently pouring
    • Compare each tap against the par level you set for that keg
    • Flag any cider at or below par, and note which are almost empty

Done when Every tapped cider has been checked against its par level and low taps are flagged.

  3. 2
Slack - alert the bar when low
    slack.com How to Automate Slack
WebRun in Slack: alert the bar when low
WebRun opens Slack to alert the bar when a cider runs low.
    • Post a Slack alert to your bar channel naming each cider that has dropped below par
    • Show the remaining volume and roughly how many pours are left
    • Put the nearest-empty tap first so staff know what to change next
    • Stay quiet when every tap is above par so the channel is not noisy

Done when The bar has a Slack alert listing which ciders are low and which to tap next.

How do I get alerted when a cider keg is running low?

WebRun checks Arryved every few minutes during service, reading the to-the-ounce volume left on each tapped cider and comparing it to the keg par level you set. The moment a cider runs low, it posts a Slack alert naming the tap and pours remaining, so a fresh keg is ready before the line blows.

  • The bar hears a cider is low with pours still left, not after it blows
  • Fresh kegs get tapped before a menu favorite runs dry
  • Alerts stay quiet until a real par threshold is crossed

Questions, answered

Does it post the alert automatically?

Yes, but only to your internal Slack bar channel. Keg alerts are an internal digest, so WebRun posts them straight away. It never messages a customer or changes anything in Arryved.

How does it know a cider is running low?

It reads the to-the-ounce remaining volume for each tapped keg in Arryved and compares it against the par level you set per keg, so the alert fires while there is still time to swap.

Will it flood the channel with alerts?

No. It stays quiet when every tap is above par and only posts when a cider crosses your threshold, so the bar channel shows real low-keg warnings, not constant noise.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
