In short

How do I automatically remind chamber members to register for upcoming events?

Every morning, WebRun opens GrowthZone, identifies upcoming events within 14 days, and finds members who have not yet registered. It drafts a personalized invitation reminder in Gmail for each unregistered member and posts a registration count summary in Slack so staff can send with one click.

  • Every eligible unregistered member gets a personalized event reminder drafted automatically
  • Staff spend seconds approving drafts rather than hours writing invitations
  • Members who register overnight are dropped from the next day's queue automatically

Built for chambers of commerce · events coordinators · membership directors · association staff

Questions, answered

Will it email members about events without staff approval?

No. Every registration reminder is drafted in Gmail and left unsent. Staff review each draft before it goes out, so members only receive approved, on-brand invitations.

What if a member registers after the draft is created?

WebRun reads the live registration list in GrowthZone each morning, so anyone who registered overnight is removed from the next day's reminder queue automatically.

Can it handle multiple events at the same time?

Yes. WebRun checks all events within the next 14 days each run and creates separate reminder drafts for each one, so the queue stays organized by event.

Put this on autopilot.
