Questions, answered
Will it reply to my email or delete anything?
No. WebRun reads the inbox and never sends a reply, forwards a message, deletes mail, or empties a folder. If you want a reply written, it can draft one and leave it unsent for you to check.
Who receives the text message?
Only your own number, which you configure once. The Twilio text is a private nudge to you, never a message to the person who emailed you.
How does it decide what is actionable?
It looks for a direct request, a question aimed at you, or a stated deadline, and skips newsletters, receipts, and automated notifications. You can add senders or subjects that should always or never make the board.
